Honored. Grateful. And Even More Committed to the Work Ahead.
This week I received news that genuinely humbled me:
I’ve been selected as one of the 2026 Top 50 Doctors in America — a recognition given to less than 0.5% of the 1,073,616 physicians practicing in the U.S.
Simply being nominated by peers, patients, and colleagues is meaningful on its own.
Being selected is something I don’t take lightly.
To me, this isn’t an award — it’s a reaffirmation.
A reminder that the countless hours studying, innovating, questioning dogma, pushing into the science of longevity, hormones, metabolism, and mitochondrial health… matter.
A reminder that our commitment to bringing better tools, better diagnostics, and better answers to patients is the right path.
A reminder that the work we do at Center for Advanced Urology, NDA Medical Spa, and Equilux — bridging evidence-based clinical medicine with next-generation longevity science — is making a real impact.
I’m humbled, grateful, and energized to keep pushing:
- To keep learning—because medicine evolves, and so must we.
- To keep challenging outdated approaches—in women’s hormonal health, men’s metabolic and sexual health, gut–hormone science, and cellular aging.
- To keep advancing precision health—multi-omics, epigenetics, mitochondrial therapeutics, and personalized hormone pathways.
- To keep doing the work for one reason: the patient in front of me.
Awards are appreciated.
But patient outcomes are the true measure.
Thank you to everyone who has trusted me, taught me, collaborated with me, and challenged me to raise the bar.
Deeply honored — and even more committed.
