Intimate Wellness for Men and Women in New Jersey

Advanced sexual health, hormone optimization, regenerative medicine and individualized urologic care

Board-certified urologist Dr. Stuart Diamod provices personalized intimate wellness options to patients in New Jersey

Intimate health influences far more than sexual performance. It can affect confidence, relationships, urinary comfort, sleep, energy, body composition, emotional well-being and overall quality of life. Yet many men and women delay seeking care because their symptoms feel private, embarrassing or simply “part of getting older.”

At the Center for Advanced Urology, intimate wellness is approached as a legitimate and important component of whole-person health. Our program combines advanced urologic evaluation, sexual medicine, hormone replacement, regenerative therapies, minimally invasive procedures and reconstructive expertise. Every recommendation is individualized to the patient’s anatomy, medical history, symptoms, goals and tolerance for treatment.

Led by Stuart M. Diamond, MD, FACS, the Center for Advanced Urology provides discreet care for patients from New Jersey, the Philadelphia region and beyond. Dr. Diamond is a board-certified urologist and experienced surgeon whose work includes erectile dysfunction, penile enhancement, complex penile enhancement revision, hormonal optimization and women’s intimate wellness procedures.

IMPORTANT
Not every treatment is appropriate for every patient. A consultation is required to review medical history, expectations, alternatives, potential risks and whether treatment is medically appropriate.

What Is Intimate Wellness?

Intimate wellness is the intersection of sexual function, hormonal health, genital comfort, urinary health, body confidence and healthy aging. It may include the evaluation and treatment of:

  • Erectile dysfunction or difficulty maintaining erections
  • Low libido or changes in sexual desire
  • Low testosterone, menopause-related symptoms or other hormone concerns
  • Penile curvature, discomfort or Peyronie’s disease
  • Vaginal dryness, discomfort with intercourse or reduced sensation
  • Urinary leakage and pelvic-floor concerns
  • Changes in penile, labial or clitoral appearance
  • Concerns after a prior intimate aesthetic procedure
  • Sexual confidence, satisfaction and performance goals

Because these concerns often overlap, the best treatment plan may involve more than one modality. For example, erectile function can be influenced by vascular health, medications, testosterone levels, metabolic health, neurologic factors and psychological stress. Likewise, female sexual wellness can be affected by estrogen status, pelvic-floor function, tissue quality, medications, relationships and overall health.

Why Choose a Urology-Led Intimate Wellness Program?

Stuart M. Diamond MD FACS, board-certified urologist and founder of Diamond XL 360

Intimate procedures should not be treated as isolated cosmetic services. The genital and urinary systems contain complex vascular, neurologic and structural anatomy. A urology-led program can evaluate function and appearance together while recognizing medical conditions that may require treatment before an elective procedure is considered.

  • Board-certified urologic evaluation
  • More than three decades of surgical and clinical experience
  • Customized treatment rather than a one-size-fits-all package
  • Access to nonsurgical, regenerative, medical and surgical options
  • Expertise in primary penile enhancement and difficult revision cases
  • Confidential consultations and individualized follow-up
  • Coordination of sexual health, hormone replacement and healthy-aging goals

Men’s Intimate Wellness Services

Men's intimate wellness services including erectile dysfunction care, hormone evaluation and penile enhancement

Men may seek treatment because of erectile changes, low libido, penile curvature, decreased sensation, hormonal symptoms, aesthetic concerns or dissatisfaction after a prior procedure. The Center for Advanced Urology offers a broad range of options that may be used alone or combined when clinically appropriate.

Diamond XL 360™ Penile Enhancement

Diamond XL 360™ is a physician-developed penile enhancement approach created by Dr. Stuart Diamond. The procedure is designed to improve penile girth, contour, symmetry and overall aesthetic balance through carefully planned treatment of the penile shaft. Depending on the patient’s anatomy, treatment history and goals, the protocol may incorporate selected dermal fillers, biostimulatory products, regenerative techniques or other physician-directed methods.

The goal is not simply to add volume. Proper penile enhancement requires attention to proportionality, tissue planes, circumferential balance, transitions, skin mobility and the relationship between the flaccid and erect penis. A consultation allows Dr. Diamond to evaluate expectations and recommend the most appropriate approach.

Diamond XL® with alloClae™

The Center for Advanced Urology also offers Diamond XL® with alloClae™, an option positioned as an alternative to traditional autologous fat harvesting and temporary filler-only approaches. The treatment plan is tailored to the patient and may be considered by individuals seeking natural-looking penile girth enhancement without a conventional liposuction harvest. Availability, candidacy, expected longevity and risks should be reviewed during consultation.

Who May Consider Penile Enhancement?

  • Men seeking increased penile girth or improved shaft contour
  • Patients concerned about asymmetry or disproportion
  • Men who want a physician-supervised alternative to unregulated enhancement products
  • Patients who understand that outcomes vary and that enhancement does not guarantee improved sexual function or relationship satisfaction

Penile Enhancement Revision and Reconstruction

Revision work is one of the most distinctive services offered by the practice. Patients may present after filler injections, fat transfer, implants, foreign-material injections or surgery performed elsewhere. Concerns can include nodules, asymmetry, migration, overcorrection, undercorrection, contour irregularities, scarring, discomfort or dissatisfaction with appearance.

As the founder and developer of Diamond XL 360™, Dr. Diamond combines urologic anatomy, surgical judgment and aesthetic planning when evaluating revision cases. Treatment may range from observation or nonsurgical correction to staged reconstruction, depending on the material previously used, tissue condition and patient goals. Some complications require urgent assessment; patients with severe pain, rapidly increasing swelling, skin color change, drainage, fever, loss of sensation or urinary difficulty should seek immediate medical care.

Penile Fillers

Penile fillers are minimally invasive injectable treatments used to increase girth or improve contour. Product selection, injection technique and patient selection are central to safety and appearance. Different materials have different properties, expected duration, reversibility and complication profiles. The Center for Advanced Urology evaluates the full clinical context before recommending a product or combination protocol.

P-Long® Program

P-Long® is a structured nonsurgical program that combines multiple modalities intended to support penile size goals and sexual performance. The published practice protocol includes a series of P-Shot® treatments together with physician-guided use of a medical-grade pump, traction and targeted supplementation. Results vary, and adherence to the prescribed protocol is important. Patients should avoid unregulated internet devices or aggressive self-treatment that may cause bruising, pain, vascular injury or tissue damage.

P-Shot® / Priapus Shot®

The P-Shot® uses platelet-rich plasma derived from the patient’s own blood. After processing, PRP is placed into targeted penile tissues with the intent of supporting tissue repair, vascular signaling and sensitivity. It may be considered as part of a broader plan for erectile concerns, decreased sensation, penile rehabilitation or sexual wellness. Evidence continues to evolve, and the procedure should not be presented as a guaranteed cure or permanent enlargement treatment.

GAINSWave® and Low-Intensity Shockwave Therapy

GAINSWave® uses acoustic-wave technology as a noninvasive option for selected men with erectile dysfunction or other sexual-wellness goals. Low-intensity shockwave therapy is intended to stimulate biological responses associated with blood flow and tissue repair. Candidacy depends on the cause and severity of erectile dysfunction, and patients may still require medication, hormone management or other treatment.

Shockwave therapy should be distinguished from high-intensity lithotripsy used for kidney stones and from nonmedical devices marketed without appropriate physician oversight.

BoCox™

BoCox™ is a physician-administered botulinum-toxin-based procedure offered as part of the practice’s male sexual wellness program. The treatment is intended for selected patients seeking improvement in penile blood-flow dynamics or erectile performance. Because this is a specialized and evolving use, the consultation should clearly address its off-label status when applicable, available evidence, alternative therapies, expected duration and potential adverse effects.

Scrotox

Scrotox refers to carefully placed botulinum toxin injections in the scrotal area for selected cosmetic or comfort-related goals. Potential objectives may include relaxation of scrotal skin or reduced sweating. This procedure requires precise knowledge of scrotal anatomy and should be performed only after a medical evaluation and discussion of realistic expectations, temporary effects and risks.

Erectile Dysfunction Evaluation and Treatment

Erectile dysfunction can result from vascular disease, diabetes, medication effects, nerve injury, pelvic surgery, low testosterone, sleep disorders, obesity, stress or other causes. It may also be an early marker of broader cardiovascular or metabolic disease. A complete evaluation may include medical and sexual history, examination, laboratory testing and additional studies when indicated.

  • Oral erectile dysfunction medication
  • Vacuum erection devices and penile rehabilitation
  • Intracavernosal injection therapy
  • Low-intensity shockwave therapy
  • P-Shot® and combination regenerative protocols
  • Hormonal evaluation and testosterone replacement when indicated
  • Penile prosthesis consultation for men who do not respond to conservative therapy
  • Lifestyle and cardiometabolic risk reduction

Peyronie’s Disease and Penile Curvature

Peyronie’s disease occurs when scar tissue within the penile covering contributes to curvature, narrowing, shortening, pain or erectile difficulty. Treatment depends on the phase of disease, degree of curvature, erectile function and impact on intercourse. Options may include observation, traction, oral or injectable treatment, collagenase injections in appropriate candidates, shockwave for selected pain symptoms, or reconstructive surgery.

Male Hormone Replacement and Testosterone Optimization

Testosterone deficiency may contribute to reduced libido, fatigue, loss of muscle mass, increased body fat, mood changes, reduced motivation, impaired recovery, decreased bone density and erectile symptoms. These concerns are nonspecific, so treatment should be based on symptoms, repeated appropriate laboratory testing and medical evaluation rather than a single number.

Personalized testosterone replacement options may include injections, topical preparations, pellets or other physician-directed formulations. Monitoring may include testosterone levels, blood count or hematocrit, prostate assessment when appropriate, metabolic markers, symptoms, fertility goals and potential adverse effects. Testosterone therapy can suppress sperm production and is not appropriate for every patient.

Women’s Intimate Wellness Services

Women's intimate wellness care including menopause treatment, labiaplasty and O-Shot consultation

Childbirth, menopause, aging, surgery, hormonal shifts and medical conditions can change genital comfort, urinary control, lubrication, sensation and confidence. These concerns deserve a thoughtful medical evaluation rather than dismissal as an unavoidable part of aging.

O-Shot®

The O-Shot® uses autologous platelet-rich plasma placed into selected vulvar, clitoral or vaginal tissues. It is offered for appropriately selected women seeking support for sensitivity, arousal, lubrication, orgasmic function, tissue quality or certain urinary symptoms. Outcomes vary, and patients should receive a balanced explanation of the emerging evidence, alternatives and potential risks.

Labiaplasty

Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure that reshapes or reduces the labia minora. Women may consider treatment because of irritation during exercise, discomfort with clothing, pain during intercourse, hygiene concerns, asymmetry or dissatisfaction with appearance. The surgical plan should preserve function, minimize tension and protect sensation while creating a natural result.

Labial Enhancement

Loss of volume in the labia majora can occur with aging, weight change, hormonal shifts or childbirth. Labial enhancement may use selected fillers or fat transfer to restore volume, improve symmetry and support comfort. Product choice, technique and expectations are reviewed individually.

Clitoral Enhancement and Intimate Aesthetic Procedures

The practice offers individualized intimate enhancement procedures that may address clitoral-area aesthetics, tissue volume or related concerns. Because sexual response is multifactorial, these treatments should be discussed in the context of hormone status, pelvic-floor function, medications, sensation and overall sexual health. No procedure can guarantee improved orgasm or relationship outcomes.

Vaginal Dryness, Painful Intercourse and Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause

Declining estrogen can contribute to dryness, burning, irritation, painful intercourse, urinary urgency and recurrent urinary symptoms. This collection of concerns is often called genitourinary syndrome of menopause. Treatment may include moisturizers, lubricants, pelvic-floor therapy, local vaginal estrogen, vaginal DHEA, systemic hormone therapy or other interventions depending on medical history and patient preference.

Urinary Leakage and Pelvic-Floor Wellness

Urinary leakage may be related to stress incontinence, urgency, pelvic-floor dysfunction, prolapse, menopause-related tissue changes or other urologic conditions. Evaluation is important because the correct treatment depends on the type and cause of leakage. Options may include behavioral therapy, pelvic-floor exercises or physical therapy, medications, devices, injections or surgery.

Hormone Replacement Therapy for Women

Perimenopause and menopause may affect sleep, temperature regulation, mood, cognition, sexual desire, vaginal comfort, bone density, body composition and cardiovascular risk factors. Hormone therapy may be appropriate for selected women after an individualized review of symptoms, age, time since menopause, medical history and personal risk factors.

A personalized plan may include estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, thyroid management or nonhormonal treatment. Available routes can include transdermal patches or gels, oral formulations, vaginal treatment, injections, pellets or compounded preparations when clinically justified. The safest route and dose depend on the patient; “bioidentical” does not automatically mean risk-free.

The Equilux™ Hormone Optimization Approach

Personalized hormone replacement evaluation for men and women at Center for Advanced Urology

Equilux™ – Unlock Your Biology is the practice’s personalized, telehealth-based approach to hormone evaluation and optimization. It is designed to improve access to testing, consultation and ongoing management for eligible men and women. The program may incorporate laboratory assessment, symptom review, hormone treatment, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, and follow-up monitoring.

  • Men’s testosterone and broader hormone evaluation
  • Women’s perimenopause and menopause support
  • Estrogen, progesterone and testosterone management when appropriate
  • Thyroid, DHEA and related endocrine considerations
  • At-home testing options where available
  • Ongoing safety monitoring and treatment adjustment
  • Integration with metabolic health, body composition, sexual wellness and longevity goals

Regenerative and Combination Therapies

Regenerative medicine is an evolving field. Treatments such as PRP, acoustic-wave therapy and selected biologic or biostimulatory approaches are intended to influence tissue signaling, repair or vascular response. The strength of evidence differs by therapy and indication. Patients should be told what is established, what is promising and what remains investigational.

Combination treatment may be reasonable because sexual function is rarely determined by a single variable. A patient with erectile dysfunction, for example, may benefit from risk-factor modification, medication, testosterone treatment when truly deficient, shockwave therapy and penile rehabilitation. A menopausal patient may require local tissue treatment, systemic hormone assessment, pelvic-floor therapy and management of urinary symptoms.

Intimate Wellness and Healthy Aging

Sexual function often reflects vascular, neurologic, endocrine and psychological health. Changes in erection quality, libido, lubrication or genital comfort can therefore be an opportunity to identify cardiometabolic risk, medication effects, hormone deficiency, sleep problems or pelvic-floor dysfunction. Treating intimate health should not replace preventive care, but it can become an important entry point into better overall health.

  • Cardiovascular and endothelial health
  • Glucose control and metabolic health
  • Sleep and recovery
  • Hormonal balance
  • Muscle, bone and body composition
  • Mental health and relationship well-being
  • Urinary and pelvic-floor function

Frequently Asked Questions

Is intimate wellness only cosmetic?

No. Intimate wellness may involve sexual function, hormonal health, urinary symptoms, pain, tissue health, confidence or appearance. Many patients have both functional and aesthetic goals.

Who should evaluate erectile dysfunction?

A clinician experienced in men’s sexual health or urology can evaluate vascular, hormonal, neurologic, medication-related and structural causes and recommend appropriate testing.

Can erectile dysfunction be an early sign of heart disease?

It can be associated with cardiovascular and metabolic disease, particularly when it is new or progressive. Patients should not ignore the symptom or rely solely on online medication.

Is Diamond XL 360™ surgery?

Many Diamond XL 360™ treatments are minimally invasive and performed with injectable or regenerative techniques. The exact plan depends on anatomy, prior procedures and goals. Revision cases may require surgery.

How long do penile filler results last?

Duration varies by product, dose, metabolism and technique. Some products are temporary; others stimulate longer-term tissue response. Maintenance may be needed.

Can penile enhancement improve erections?

Enhancement is primarily intended to change contour or girth. It should not be represented as a guaranteed treatment for erectile dysfunction, although sexual confidence and overall treatment plans may improve.

Can a failed penile enhancement procedure be corrected?

Many contour irregularities or complications can be improved, but correction depends on the material used, tissue condition and severity. Some cases require staged treatment.

What is the P-Shot®?

It is a PRP-based procedure using a concentration derived from the patient’s own blood. It may be considered as part of a broader sexual-health or penile-rehabilitation plan.

What is GAINSWave®?

GAINSWave® is a branded acoustic-wave treatment used for selected men with erectile dysfunction and sexual-wellness goals. It is noninvasive and does not require anesthesia.

What is BoCox™?

BoCox™ uses botulinum toxin in a specialized male sexual-wellness protocol. Patients should discuss off-label use, evidence, expected duration and risks with the physician.

What is Scrotox?

Scrotox is a botulinum-toxin procedure in the scrotal area used for selected cosmetic or comfort-related goals. Effects are temporary.

What is labiaplasty?

Labiaplasty reshapes or reduces the labia minora to address discomfort, irritation, asymmetry or aesthetic concerns.

What is labial enhancement?

Labial enhancement restores volume to the labia majora using selected fillers or fat transfer. The goal may be improved symmetry, appearance or comfort.

What is the O-Shot®?

The O-Shot® uses PRP placed into selected intimate tissues. It is offered for carefully selected women seeking improvement in sensitivity, lubrication, tissue quality or certain urinary symptoms.

Does hormone replacement improve libido?

It may help when low libido is related to hormone deficiency, but sexual desire is influenced by many factors. A complete assessment is important.

What symptoms can low testosterone cause?

Possible symptoms include low libido, fatigue, reduced muscle mass, increased body fat, mood changes, poor recovery and reduced bone density. These symptoms have many possible causes.

Does testosterone therapy affect fertility?

Yes. Exogenous testosterone can suppress sperm production and should be discussed carefully with men who want current or future fertility.

Is women’s hormone therapy safe?

It can be appropriate and beneficial for selected women, but safety depends on age, time since menopause, route, dose, symptoms and medical history. Treatment must be individualized.

What does “bioidentical hormone” mean?

It generally means the hormone molecule is chemically identical to a hormone produced by the human body. It does not mean every formulation is equally studied or risk-free.

Are compounded hormones better than FDA-approved products?

Not necessarily. FDA-approved options have standardized manufacturing and safety information. Compounded products may be useful in selected situations but require careful oversight.

How quickly do hormone treatments work?

Some symptoms may improve within weeks, while body composition, sexual function or tissue changes can take months. Dose changes should be based on symptoms, labs and safety monitoring.

Can women use testosterone?

Testosterone may be considered for selected women, most commonly for diagnosed hypoactive sexual desire disorder after other factors are assessed. Dosing should be substantially lower than male dosing and carefully monitored.

Are PRP and regenerative procedures guaranteed to work?

No. Response varies, and evidence is stronger for some indications than others. Ethical counseling should include uncertainty and alternatives.

How private is the consultation?

The practice provides confidential medical care and aims to make discussions about intimate health respectful and discreet.

Do patients travel for these procedures?

Yes. The practice treats local, national and international patients. Remote planning may be available, but an in-person examination may still be required.

When is urgent evaluation needed after an intimate procedure?

Urgent evaluation is appropriate for severe or worsening pain, marked swelling, skin discoloration, blistering, fever, drainage, loss of sensation, inability to urinate or rapidly changing symptoms.
